Morgan Taylor Halloween Spiders and Witches Hats
October 03, 2016Morgan Taylor Halloween Spiders and Witches Hats- Press sample
I hope you guys aren't sick of the Morgan Taylor Dia de los Muertos collection yet because I have one final Halloween look to share with you. I was determined to have at least one nail art mani that glowed, and I finally accomplished just that.
This look uses all four colors in the Morgan Taylor Dia de los Muertos Collection. I started with a base of All White Now, and topped it off with the Glow In the Dark top coat. After a short dry time, I added a matte top coat.
Once that had ample time to dry, I painted half of the witch hat image with Shock Therapy, and the other half with Little Black Dress. The key to getting a marbled look is to gently scrape over the image a couple of times before scraping off all of the excess polish. The idea is to blend it before you remove enough polish to create a pattern.
If you're anything like me, you might forget that you applied a glow in the dark top coat. I discovered the glow that evening when I went to bed.
I'm sorry the image is so grainy, but I totally forgot these glowed until I was almost asleep!
