Zoya Urban Grunge Metallic Holos- Press sample

I'm back with the Zoya Urban Grunge Metallics as promised. If you missed yesterday's post you can find the Zoya Urban Grunge Cremes here. You guys know I love sparkle, so I felt as though it was only appropriate to kick off this half with a glittery macro collage.

Gorgeous, right? Let's get acquainted with some additional swatches.

Alicia

Formula: Nice consistency

Finish: Silver holo with a gold shimmer

Coverage: 3 coats

Notes: I love holo, so it's no surprise that this shade is a bit hit.

Troy

Formula: Nice consistency

Finish: Metallic gunmetal gray

Coverage: 2 coats

Notes: This shade isn't holographic as the collection implies, but it does have a nice, streak-free metallic finish.

Merida

Formula: Nice consistency

Finish: Green jelly with holographic glitter

Coverage: 2 coats

Notes: Holographic glitter in a jelly base is a great way to enjoy holo with some depth. 

Britta

Formula: Nice consistency

Finish: Metallic berry with gold and purple micro glitter

Coverage: 2 coats

Notes: This shade is unique in the fact that it looks different depending on your lighting. My indoor photos make it appear more berry leaning purple, but the outdoor photo makes it look more berry leaning red.

Ash

Formula: Nice consistency

Finish: Metallic red with gold shimmer

Coverage: 1 coat

Notes: I can already imagine all of the holiday manis I could do with this shade. The gold shimmer really sets this shade apart from other metallic reds.

Finley

Formula: Nice consistency

Finish: Purple jelly with holographic glitter

Coverage: 2 coats

Notes: Like Merida, I appreciate the depth that the jelly/holo glitter combination creates.
