Happy Monday! I hope you are all having a great start this week. Today's post features the absolutely stunning Bohemian Polish Baltimore Rainbow Collection and her fun new Candied Cuticle Oil scents.

Bohemian Polish Baltimore Rainbow Collection

Rockets Red Glare

Formula: Nice consistency

Finish: Red jelly with color-shifting glitter

Coverage: 2 coats

Notes: Jellies are making a strong comeback. I adore how squishy this jelly/glitter combo looks!

Old Bae

Formula: Nice consistency

Finish: Burnished orange holo

Coverage: 2 coats

Notes: I don't know how this works, but my favorite indies can make me like just about any color. Orange usually isn't my thing, but I am really drawn to Old Bae.

Oh Boy

Formula: Nice consistency

Finish: Glimmering gold polish with gold microglitter

Coverage: 3 coats

Notes: It cracks me up that such a pretty polish could be inspired by a local beer (National Bohemian aka Natty Boh)

The Sage of Baltimore

Formula: Nice consistency

Finish: Dark sage filled with gold shimmer

Coverage: 2 coats

Notes: This is one of my favorite shades in this collection... which may not be saying much because I have four favorites from the Baltimore Rainbow haha.

Shell Yeah

Formula: Nice consistency

Finish: Aqua-blue jelly with color-shifting glitter

Coverage: 2 coats

Notes: This is another one of my favorite shades from this collection. The aqua base with color-shifting glitter is just perfect!

Play Like A Raven

Formula: Nice consistency

Finish: Purple with gold sparks

Coverage: 2 coats

Notes: I can't say that I'm a huge Ravens fan, but I will say that I love this polish. I think Bohemian Polish did a great job creating a Ravens inspired polish.

Simply Divine

Formula: Nice consistency

Finish: Bright pink holo

Coverage: 2 coats

Notes: Holy pink sparkles! At the right angle this has a pretty red flare.

What A Berger

Formula: Nice consistency

Finish: Chocolate brown filled with gold holo microglitter

Coverage: 2 coats

Notes: This polish was inspired by the absolutely delicious Berger Cookies. I had my very first Bergers thanks to Jen, and I am entirely addicted. If anyone wants to send me a treat, please send me some Bergers! This polish is such a great representation of the cookie.

Nevermore

Formula: Nice consistency

Finish: Black based polish that shifts between purple and gold

Coverage: 2 coats

Notes: Nevermore is delightfully shifty. It was inspired by the great and mysterious Edgar Allen Poe. I can't think of a better tribute.

Candied Cuticle Oils

By now you guys know how much I love Bohemian Polish Candied Cuticle Oils. They smell great and do a fantastic job hydrating my cuticles. Jen is releasing four brand new scents at PolishCon this weekend. Here are the new scents:

Cannoli - smells just as delightful as a fresh cannoli. The only bummer is that you can't eat it.
Cheesecake - light, sweet, and smells like freshly baked cheesecake.
Coney Island - reminds me of cotton candy mixed with fresh caramel corn. Everything wonderful you would expect to smell at a carnival.
Mandarin Mimosa - a light citrus scent mixed with bubbly champagne.

The Bohemian Polish Baltimore Rainbow will be available at PolishCon 4/29 and will be available online the same day. If you order online please note that polish will not ship until Jen is home from the event.

Baroness X Unicorn Box

Hey guys! I wanted to take some time to give you all a review of a partial Unicorn Box from Baroness X. She's kind of the queen of subscription boxes, so I knew it had to be done. While this was more of a gift than a press sample, I chose to label it that way since Demi and I are friendly and she sent this free of charge. As always, I will review things thoroughly regardless of friendship status.

Let's check out what came in the partial Baroness X Unicorn Box.

Baroness X Unicorn Box

If you purchased the Unicorn Box you might ask me why you didn't get that white lotion-like thing in the back. At the time of photographing this I wasn't aware that I was also being used as a guinea pig. The lotion-like thing in the back was in a previous box, and is not part of the Unicorn Box, but we will get to that later.

Baroness X Little Fluffy Clouds Vegan Jelly Soap in raspberry & yuzu

This stuff smells delightful. I'm not usually a huge raspberry fan, but it's incredible when you mix it with yuzu. I have not yet finished off this tub, but I can tell you that my other jelly soap from Baroness X has lasted me over a month.

Little Fluffy Clouds Vegan Jelly Soap is not currently listed in the Baroness X store, but I have a feeling it will make another appearance in other boxes or on the website eventually. In the meantime, you can pick up a Wibbly Wobbly Jelly Soap for $5.50ea. If you need a recommendation I would definitely go for the Pistachio Macron one!

Baroness X Acetone Antidote in Razzugo

Notes of raspberry, yuzu, and mango make up this bright and fruity Acetone Antidote. This blend is unique to Baroness X and cannot be found anywhere else. As previously noted, I'm not normally a raspberry fan, but I can't stop smelling Razzugo. Now I just need to convince Demi to make more products with this scent.

While Razzugo is not currently the scent of the month, you can request it as a custom mix. The Acetone Antidote scent of the month currently retails for $3.75ea.

Baroness X Unicorn Horn Manicure Cleanup Brush

If this isn't the most magical nail polish clean up brush you've ever seen, I don't know what would amuse you. It's so freaking pretty, and it actually cleans like a dream. I've been testing this for the last month, and it's been through a lot. We've done a bunch of regular swatches together, several nail art decals, lots of stamped manis, and three water marbles. I would guess it's been through at least 40 rounds of clean-up if not more.

Unlike the Elf concealer brushes, the Baroness X Unicorn Horn Manicure Cleanup Brush has stayed almost immaculate. The bristles are nearly as soft as the day it first arrived. To be honest, I think the reason the ends are a tiny bit stiff was because I was in a hurry yesterday. I didn't clean the bristles very well after the last use because I was hungry. It happens, you know? As a blogger, I've been through so many different clean up brushes over the years, and this is the first one to impress me. Did I tell you this is also a champ at cleaning up micro-glitter? Yeah, it does that too. At this point I'm honestly shocked you're still reading this. Go get yourself a cookie... or do some squats. Whatever makes you happy and feel rewarded. Oh, and do yourself a favor and pick up this brush. It will be one less clean up brush that ends up in a landfill.

Baroness X In-Shower Skin Conditioner in Midnight Pomegranate

This sneaky little product was not part of the Baroness X Unicorn Box, but I'm hoping it will become a regular staple in the shop. The In-Shower Skin Conditioner is just what it seems. This product is intended to be used after you wash with soap. The instructions tell you to step out of the shower stream and apply a desired amount of product to any area that needs hydrating. Once you rub in the lotion you can step back into the water stream and gently rinse the excess off. The effect of the conditioner is similar to that of a moisturizing bath. The main difference is that this doesn't leave you feeling greasy.

Baroness X Clear Magnifying Stamper

This stamper is nothing short of enormous! It's more squishy than the original jelly stampers out there, but it's not the squishiest of all stampers in general. Compared to 6+ other stampers I own this one fits right in the middle of the squish rating.

I had a little bit of an issue with picking up an image at first, so I took the stamper head out and gently washed it using Dawn dish soap and cool tap water. After prepping it I had no issue with stamping. This stamper is slightly more rounded than my other stampers, so I found it was best to roll the stamper across the image plate instead of stamping straight down. The same technique works best for transferring the image to your nails.

The Baroness X Clear Magnifying Stamper is currently on sale (as of 1/12) for $9. It normally retails for $12.

Baroness X Oracle II

Bow-chicka-wow-wow! That is one SEXY, shifty, glitter topper. This will look pretty over just about everything, but I wanted to swatch it over a neon blue for something different.

I can't get over how pretty these look together! This is one coat of Baroness X Oracle II over Impala E Mara. The combinations are endless with this shade, so if you own it be sure to experiment!

Babytime by Episencial Snuggly Lotion

As many of you know, skincare is really important to me. While I have a fairly set facial routine, the products I use on the rest of my body will vary. I generally use whatever I have available and needs to be used up. That said, I have sensitive skin, so I have to be careful about what products I purchase in the first place. I was approached to try out Babytime Snuggle Lotion back in December, and it sounded like something I would enjoy, so I jumped on the opportunity.

I put Babytime Snuggle Lotion through a full month test so that I could give you guys a thorough amount of feedback on the product. For reference, where I live in Oregon, we generally have a decent amount of humidity. I also tend to have dry hands compared to the average person (sensitive skin + nail polish swatching + gardening + powerlifting). Please keep those two things in mind while you read my review. Lastly, we just got through the second cold snap in the last 30 days, so that will play a part in my feedback.

Scent: Light cherry, but not what you would expect from fresh or artificial cherry scents. It's difficult to describe, but I found it to be enjoyable.
Weight: This is a mid-weight lotion. It doesn't soak in immediately, but it's not as thick as a cream.
Noteworthy Ingredients: Aloe vera, shea butter, jojoba, avocado oil, olive oil, evening primrose, linseed oil, apricot oil

Babytime Snuggly Lotion soaked in quite well for me. I didn't feel as though it was too greasy at all. While I did appreciate the texture and quick absorption, I can't say that this was very hydrating for my skin as is. I think it would have been in my best interest to layer lotions for the a better outcome. My skin seemed to have no change from using this specific lotion. That said, as someone with sensitive skin, I was pleased to not have any reaction to this product. As always, your mileage may vary, so be sure to patch test!

Would I use Babytime Snuggly Lotion again? Definitely. I just need to utilize the product in a different way. By using this as a base layer underneath something more occlusive, I think I will enjoy this product more.
