Firecracker Lacquer Winter Wonder Collection Pt 2
December 26, 2014Here's part two as promised!
Jolly Holly
Jolly Holly is a deep green jelly with red hexes and white stars. I love this interpretation on holiday decorations! The formula was a nice consistency, but the mini stars can be a little tricky. For the easiest application I did my first coat without trying for stars. After that I flipped the bottle upside down in between coats. You do have to be quick about grabbing the stars before they slide back into the bottle, but it wasn't difficult to work with. I'm actually wearing another mani using Jolly Holly, and I average about five stars or more per nail. The swatches above show three coats.
Poppin' Bottles
Poppin' Bottles is a gold micro-glitter bomb. This is named after all of the beverages to be consumed on New Years Eve and ever holiday party leading up to it. The formula was a nice consistency, and provided a decent amount of coverage. The swatches show three coats on all fingers with a fourth coat on the ring finger.
Polar Berry
Polar Berry is a berry colored frost polish with linear holographic finish. You can see a subtle holo in my swatches, but it really shines under standard indoor lighting conditions. I love the formula on this one because it reaches full coverage with two coats, and it's streak free.
The Winter Wonder collection is available today in Firecracker Lacquer's store.
